neeraj saini believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1-2 days of placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been communicated to vendors or shipped.
- Perishable items such as flowers or eatables are non-cancellable. Refunds/replacements are only considered if the delivered product is found to be of poor quality.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 1-2 days of delivery. We will process the request only after vendor verification.
- If the product received is significantly different from what was shown on the site or from what you expected, notify our Customer Service team within 1-2 days. The team will review and take an appropriate decision.
- For products with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- If a refund is approved by neeraj saini, it will be processed within 1-2 days and reflected in the customer's original payment method.
